My work explores color, movement, and balance through abstract acrylic painting. Using a variety of fluid techniques, I layer and guide paint across the surface, allowing intuition and material response to shape each piece. While the process is dynamic and often unpredictable, it is grounded in close observation and mindful decision-making, creating work that feels both spontaneous and considered. The act of creating is a way to reconnect with creativity in a world marked by constant change—a practice I believe should extend into tangible, positive action.
I am drawn to imagery that sparks curiosity—light shifting across water, seasonal change, and the quiet tension between motion and stillness. These influences emerge through layered color, organic forms, and subtle depth, inviting viewers to slow down and discover something new over time. Because no two paintings are ever the same, each piece reflects a unique convergence of composition, color palette, and technique.
My goal is to create work that offers a range of experiences—from a sense of calm and presence to vibrancy and joy. To deepen this connection between the art and the world it inhabits, I donate 100% of all sales to charity. I believe art is a catalyst for community. To honor this, I invite my customers to help determine which charity will receive the funds from their purchase. This collaborative approach ensures that each painting not only brings color and energy into a home but also provides meaningful support to causes that resonate with the collector.
Ultimately, my paintings are meant to live comfortably in everyday spaces, offering a moment of pause and leaving room for personal interpretation. Through this work, I hope to foster a cycle of creativity and giving that ripples far beyond the canvas.
